Thanks for the support.

Most of the issues listed has been fixed except one, which is the Seller’s page/store sidebar contents (Store Location, Store Category and contact Seller) that are currently above the store cover image both on mobile and desktop.

Desktop: Please kindly make the sidebar nav (Store Location, Store Category and contact Seller) to be at the sidebar on desktop.

Mobile: Please kindly make the sidebar nav (Store Location, Store Category and contact Seller) collapsible on moile. So it wont take too much spaces and whenever visitor want to use it, they will click on it.

This is the only issue remaining.

Please, kindly help fix as soon as possible.

Its exactly 3days ago today that I submitted this request and so I will to know how much time I should allow you to work on your works before fixing the issues I am having with the plugin I bought from you guys?

Right now, my users experience on my website is terrible.

The Seller’s Dashboard is now responsive and i will like to say thank you for that. However, The Seller’s Store page is now showing single product per row both on mobile devices and desktop, the sidebar is also at the top of the page on both mobile and desktop which is completely wrong, that’s 1. 2.) The website shop page/product listing page http://www.thebuypod.com/store is also disorganized.

Below are the screen shots.

Error on Mobile
1. This is how Seller’s dashboard is appearing on mobile devices, not all the buttons is showing, there by hindering sellers from uploading their products. I want it to be responsive.

2. Seller’s store page Sidebar on mobile is not collapsible on mobile there by pushing the store downwards. I want the sidebar to be collapsible on mobile.

3. Products display on Seller’s store page scattered where as it should be two products per row. please kindly fix.

Error on Desktop:
1. Seller’s dashboard on desktop has been chopped off on desktop. Please kindly help fix

2. Seller’s Store page has an empty space on the right side. Please kindly fix.

Please kindly help me fix this urgently because 95% of the seller’s use their phones and other mobile devices to access the website and now they can’t upload their product

Hi towhid,

The dashboard is still not responsive on mobile devices and the seller’s page is some how disorganized on mobile; the sidebar is not toggling and the page, one product is bigger than the other. I wish i can attach screenshot so you can see.

Hi the error has not been fixed.

The Dashboard is still not responsive on mobile and on desktop. There is still white spaces on the left side of store page.
