Btw in case anyone is looking into this, I just realised that Wedevs has this documentation updated:

It teaches you how to remove either the left or right sidebar from home page and this is what I needed most!

Anyone whom could assist me with the left sidebar issue at front page? It looks like a duplication from my navigation bar. Hence, i would like to either change it to other widgets or better still, remove it and expand the slider.

After adding in the desired widget on my Home Left Sidebar & refresh my website, nothing happens.

May I know what am I exactly missing out?

If not, is there a detailed code that you can provide me with so that i can input it in by myself?

Hi Sekander,

Thank you so much. This thing has been bothering me for ages. I noticed that the extra dashboard page appeared after i clicked on “install Dokan pages”. And also, i never know that by selecting the “full width template” can eliminate off the sidebar. (Which now i know where the issue lies finally)

Hi Sekander,

Please add more than 1 attributes. You may try probably color plus size. Once you select “Used for variations” and “Update the Product”, the alignments will be gone and the right hand column sidebar will pop up again.

Please refer to the screenshot below which i have just taken from another laptop.

This is definitely not my issue since the other laptop is having the same problem.

And also, I have emphasised many times that i wish to remove the sidebar (shown in the image provided below, on the right hand column) but can’t. Hence, what’s your solution? I have tried doing it so many times from backend and apparently these sidebars are appearing by default if i don’t select any widgets – which i don’t want at all.

I just managed to get my website up again. Like Finally. However, the alignment issues still can’t be resolved. Sidebars in the Sellers’ Dashboards still can’t be removed.

You can try to login in as seller and add a new product. Once variations are selected and updated, alignments will change.

You’ll then understand where I’m coming from.

I understand that Dokan plugin has yet to release any updates as per promised. It’s ok. And I also understand that you guys are just back from vacation. It’s fine too.

Hence, please assist to resolve my issues asap since it’s been sitting here for quite some time. Can’t get my website up now in fact and everything’s been delayed for 2weeks already. I seriously can’t afford to delay it any further ya.

Any updates on the sidebar issue so far? As mentioned, I have tried but can’t remove it from the vendors’ page and their dashboard pages. It’s screwing up all the alignments and I can’t run variations from admin’s frontend at all. Was about to launch my site when this new plugin issue stopped me from doing so.

In addition, kindly advise on the following error after updating to 2.2.5 WooCommerce.

Thanks for issue 2’s rectification and I’ll explore more on issue 1 myself.

In regards to issues 4 & 5, I don’t find the need to amend the CSS as long as the sidebars stop appearing (issue 3). I have already tried your method of disabling all plugins expect Dokan and WooCommerce & opening it in incognito mode but it’s still there – It’s a big headache.

I have checked the Dokan Demo in your website and the sidebars can be removed, just like how I used to do to my old Dokan. However this new plugin apparently can’t function in this way.

Please advise how do I go about removing the sidebars in :

I’ve finally gotten the new updates from you guys, congrats! But apparently more issues are arising after the updates.. -_- I’ve already uninstalled the new Dokan plugin and reinstall everything back but still to no avail. Kindly assist.

1) In our previous “vendor” image listing style, I wish to standardise the thumbnail so that it looks neat. However, the solution that Shaikat provided is no longer available. I’m unable to find the line and amend the thumbnail image myself now.

2) Now, I’m unable to delete products from the sellers’ dashboard and all products have to be deleted from backend?

3) As you can see, the unwanted sidebar at the seller dashboard keeps appearing regardless how many times I remove it from backend. This never happened to the older Dokan version

4) Alignments in “New Product” are all gone. Not sure if it’s due to the sidebar issue. But well, fyi, I have checked my computer’s view settings etc, everything is good.

5) Unable to run variations still. But this time round it’s better – Only me (admin) is unable to add variations from frontend. I have tried to login as a seller to add variation for products and it worked. Could you kindly explain why? I would hope to be able to add variations as an admin from both front and backend.

Thanks for the checking and also advise on issue 1. I’ll take note from next update onwards, for Woocommerce, to wait till Dokan has their new updates before I proceed with any updatings.

In regards to Dokan next update, kindly advise on estimated timeline. As I’ll be launching my site in Mid-Oct, am hoping that it can run smoothly by then.
