Simon – This is frustrating to hear. This plugin cost my business over $1000 in vendor payout because the calculations were wrong and the system is not working as they said. Have you started looking at alternatives? If I don’t have a fix within the next couple of weeks, I am getting a refund for a product that does not work and moving on.

I did the rebuild and the issue is still not fixed. It appears the math is better for payouts, but both vendors have the same number of orders. Both are showing 46 which is our total for all orders, shouldn’t this be split in to their number of orders?

One main issue that I am running into is that orders are being calculated like this:

One order from two vendors totals $50.30

Vendor 1 item is: $35.00
Vendor 2 items is: $15.00
Procession fee is: $.30

Dokan is calculating this as 3 separate orders which messes up group deals for purchases. Also, in the money totals, it is calculating it as: $50.30 + $35.00 + $15.00 = $100.30

This has to be fixed ASAP as many businesses who are using your plugin are losing money. It is not 3 items sold, and it is not a $100.30 order.

Your sub orders are also counting as orders. This throws off all quantities and income. How can this be?

Your correct, it will work. But you are not reading my request, I need to the plugin to place a NEW barcode on all sub orders, not the same one that is placed on the full order. I have asked for help on this, your policy states that if I buy the full Dokan plugin that customized support is there.

Or, could you modify the plugin to look up by order number and not order id?
