| Oritro Ahmed | Howdy! I'm a WPUF Pro customer. Video Embed & Thumbnail Generator is the plugin I use on my site for uploading videos. You upload it, the plugin converts it for you and generates thumbnails. Pretty simple stuff. http://wordpress.org/plugins/video-embed-thumbnail-generator/ Any tips on how to get this to work with WPUF Pro? I know the user can upload a video as a file, but I'm not clear on how to get it to show up as a video post. Thanks! Ben |

| Hello Ben, The Thing is, this plugin works along with wordpress media library. Which mean, when you upload a video, it will encode it, generate thumbnail for it, and will embed it inside a post with a player. Problem is, WPUF does uses wordpress upload system, but it won’t let you see the media library from front-end. Both for Security and Several Other Reason. Now if you upload a file through WPUF, it will just uploaded as a plain media file, won’t be encoded or inserted as you don’t have a button to click which will perform these action. I am feeling quite uncomfortable to explain this to you, because i am pretty sure i am not explaining it well. Please let us know if you still have a question. |
