Use the meta images as the Featured Image

Sekander Badsha	Hey guys, Hoping you can help with this. I want to use one of the images a user uploads as the Featured Image. I know there is an option on the form to select the Featured Image, however, I personally do not believe that is a great user experience to have two image upload boxes on the upload form (ie, one for featured and one for others images). So, is there a function that you know of that will allow the first image uploaded by the user be set as the featured image? Thanks Damien
