Nayem | In admin... when I go to users, and then click a username.... when I scroll down, it says "Seller Percentage".... I have it set to 100%... I do not take any fees. But my question is, what is the difference between that setting, and the one where I change it under Dokan, settings, selling options.... it also has seller percentage... 1) why is there two different ones, do they both have to be set to same amount? 2) Does this take into account the Paypal fees? Should I change the percentage then? 3) Separate issue, what happened to the Per Product Shipping plug in? I wanted to purchase it. |

Nayem | Hello Daniel, 1. From the dokan settings you can set global percentage for all the seller. But in the user profile you can set the percentage only for him. You can set different percentage for each seller in the user profile’s percentage option. 2. Primary receiver will pay the paypal fees. 3. In the latest version of Dokan there is built in shipping option for all the seller. Now seller can set state and country wise shipping. We have removed the per product shipping plugin because it is now built in. Thank you 🙂 |

Daniel | 1) So the Dokan overrides the other? I don’t undertand. Do I have to set both? 2) so the fee gets taken out automatixally even if I set it at 100% |

Nayem | Hello Daniel, 1.If you want to set same percentage for all the seller then you can set the global percentage and if not then you can set for each seller. 2. You are not using Paypal adaptive payment system. So the entire payment will receive by you so you have to to pay the paypal fee. Then you will manually send the seller percentage. But if you use adaptive system then the 100% of seller payment will send to him directly though admin has no commission for that product so the paypal fee will deducted from the seller amount. |

Daniel | 1) Omay, but how come when I set the global percentage to 100, it says 0 under the user section. Shouldn’t that have changed it to 100 when I set it for the global setting? |

Nayem | Hello Daniel, If you have set percentage globally and if you have not set any percentage in single user profile then all the seller will get the global percentage. Thanks. |
