seller dashboard not showing and contact forms not working

and, regarding email default WordPress email working fine? like someone get registered and getting emails? admin get email notifications?

Yes, I’m getting admin emails, but as a seller I’m not getting anything from the contact forms attached to the sellers store front page.

And changing the perma links doesn’t help, still directed to home page

1. Are you trying with the admin account?
-If yes, have you enabled selling from the profile?
-If no, edit your profile and enable selling from wp-admin
2. If you are trying with the admin account and enabled selling from profile and still things aren’t working right, you may provide your login and FTP credentials in a private reply.

To view the dashboard I am using my seller account not admin and still directs me to home page instead of seller dashboard, I am also very concerned about the sellers not receiving messages from the contact form.

Have you set your permalinks right? And you haven’t changed anything in the code?
If you’ve set the permalinks right and never altered anything in the codes, and still having the difficulties, you should write your Admin and FTP credentials in a private reply.

What info do you need? what is ftp?

Ask your hosting provider about the FTP login credentials. He’ll understand.

cant you just tell me? this is getting ridiculous, and im not getting any notifications on replys to the comments on here!!! even though i click notify me of follow up replies via email.

I am not your hosting server administrator. So how am I supposed to know the user name and password of your FTP?
