Problem adding Checkboxes

Tareq Hasan	I am experiencing problems when I add a checkbox field to the frontend form. For example, when I create a checkbox field with 3 values, an extra text field is created that forces me to add a URL. This extra field seems to come from no where, and there is nothing I can do to remove it. It however is a big problem for me. Tareq Hasan	Sorry for replying late, please download the plugin from your account again try install that version. Should be fixed.
