Sekander Badsha I see that WooCommerce Order has the ability to create pre-defined project to-do items. I was wondering if this is possible as a standalone feature. I have projects that repeat a majority of the same tasks, and I would like to have the ability to create Pre-defined Project templates to save me quite a bit of time reconstructing the same to-do lists over and over. Is there a way I can incorporate this? If not, I'm sure there are others out there like me who would gladly pay for that feature as an add-on!! Thanks!!

Hello Blake,
You can easily copy any of your projects in one single click. Just navigate to Project Manager > Projects and you’ll see a “gear icon” on top of each of your projects. Just click on that and you’ll see the option to copy the project in the dropdown list. Clicking on copy will duplicate the project with the to-do’s.

Hope this will help you. Let me know if you feel any difficulties.

Thank you. I was not aware of the duplicate option for projects. I will try and adjust my team’s work flow to utilize that feature, and see how it works.

However, it would still be nice to be able to duplicate individual to-do lists within a project. Currently, I don’t have a need to duplicate projects, only to duplicate the lists within a project.

Like I said before… I would definitely pay for that add-on. 🙂

Hello Blake,
You can use the duplicate feature. We will not release any add-on for duplicating only to-do’s right now. You can hire a developer to build you this feature.
