Post Body is breaking site

towhid	When I add a title to the post body field on a form it is then breaking the website. It seems to be deleting lines out of my htaccess file when I save. When I add the post body form field to a form and save it everything is fine, but when I then add a title to it, it breaks the site?

Robert	After looking into this for some reason when I save a form it was deleting lines from my htaccess. After changing my permissions this has resolved this although I need to find a way to fix this so I can let wordpress continue to write to my htaccess
