Paypal Adaptive Payments

Nayem	Even If I plan on only using parallel payments, is it necessary for my paypal api to be approved for chained in order for it to work on Dokan? Because I got approved automatically by not selecting chained payments, but it is not working, I keep getting error message. So Im assuming I need approval for chained even if I'm not using it?
