I have fixed your registration form issue. Your theme override the woocommerce registration form page. which did not have the action hook for dokan registration fields. I have added the hook there. Now everything is working fine. I have also set your my order page. Please check and let me know.

I just tried to do a customer registration and it gave an Error: Please provide a valid email address.
and my account page on my admin front-end still shows the screenshot i provided earlier
