Nayem 1) So I tested a transaction, and then refunded the payment to my friend who helped test it with me. Since I had already withdrawn the money to the seller, the seller withdraw balance now says -1 (The test purchase was for $1)... So since the sellers money got refunded, why is the balance at -1? I am using regular Paypal payments. 2) So technically, I (the admin) receive all payments. Then once the seller asks for a withdrawal, I approve it. Then the money gets sent to their Paypal? Is there any way of bypassing this withdrawal process, and the seller just gets the money automatically? Instead of it being sent to my paypal, it gets sent to them directly? 3) Why is the buyers IP address shown to the seller. Can this be hidden/changed?

Hello Daniel,

1. We have already fixed this problem. The fix will available in our next release.

2. You can use Dokan PayPal adaptive payment add-on. If you use adaptive payment system then seller will get the balance directly in his account.

3. I am not clear about this question. Can you please provide a screenshot here?.

Thank you 🙂

@nayem — don’t forget that now that you are selling the Stripe plugin for Dokan you have will process parallel payments (straight to the seller with marketplace owner commission taken out, of course) very easily. It is an easier setup for the marketplace owner, too. 🙂

So when will the next version be released? And for number three, when the buyer places an order, it shows the seller their IP address. I don’t think I need to show you a screen shot. On the order details, it shows their IP address. Why does it do this? And can it be changed?

And also, when the seller requests payment withdraw, I then have to manually send them the money, right? So then there at fees taken out again, when I send it to them?

Hello Daniel,

Our next update will release within tomorrow. If you are using normal paypal then you have to split the money to the seller manually and the primary receiver (admin) will pay the paypal fee. But if you will strip payment gateway or paypal adaptive system then the seller and admin percentage will split automatically to them and the paypal fee will deducted from both of them in equal ratio.
