Have you noticed this settings? http://docs.wedevs.com/general-settings/ . I see you gave Project Manage capability to all user level even subscriber. If anybody have project manage capability he/she can see or do anything in the project. Please take a look at it. Problem will be solved. Thanks for understanding..

Ahhh, I apologize about that one. I thought that you had to check that for them to be able to even access the project, but I see that is what adding them to the project actually does. Sorry the documentation on this is not clear.

Actually while this was the main issue I did notice that, while you cant see the private messaes and to-do’s in their section, it is still showing up on the Activity page and you can fully access the private to-do or private message that way…

It was an issue. We already fixed it. You have to wait for next update. Extremely sorry for inconvenience .. Thank you for understanding us.

Although we haven’t removed the private links from the activity yet, but unauthorized users won’t able to see private items.
