Issue viewing on cell phone

Rachelle	When you click a product category on a mobile device it opens up the subcategories underneath it but none of the subcategories are working. You touch them but don't go anywhere. Apparently only the main categories are clickable on a phone. Is that the way it's supposed to be or could it be an issue with the cell phone?
