| Sekander Badsha | Hi there, 1. I have just installed Dokan, and I'm following the instruction here: http://docs.wedevs.com/home-page-settings/ and the "homepage" tab is missing. 2. Also, only the "dashboard" is showing up for me: http://docs.wedevs.com/page-templates/ and the templates are not showing up for me. 3. When I set the seller dashboard to a footer menu item, it gives the following error: Fatal error: Call to undefined function ot_get_media_post_ID() in /home/xxx/public_html/xxx/wp-content/themes/backer/option-tree/ot-loader.php on line 624 4. In Dokan tools, by clicking on the "page installation" button, it only recreaes the dashboard pages and none of the others. I have also sent you login details. Thanks for any help in advance :) |

| Hello Membie, 3. As you can see in the URL, the error is coming from your theme. I guess it is not WooCommerce compatible and whenever I try to visit the dashboard of Dokan with that theme, it shows a fatal error. But it is okay with the default themes of WordPress like – Twenty Twelve. 4. This tool helps you if you do not have any pages with Dokan short codes. If you have existing pages. It will create more new pages with shortodes. |

| The must have page is “Dashboard” with the shortcode That’s all. You can also install these pages from “Dokan Tools” in wp-admin. |
