Theodoros Dionysiou Hi everyone, I'm used to working with other companies where the support is much quicker... Have you any idea how long it takes for these guys to address and resolve issues? I'm just starting to use Dokan, but I can not be waiting for days/weeks for support either. If that is how long they take... I think I will look for another solution. Please share your experience Thanks for your assistance.

Dear Gerald,

I believe that almost everybody here has the same problem.
Too many unanswered questions in the forums, too many bugs. I’m starting to believe that this is not going to end.
Personally I have invested too much time, effort and money for Dokan but eventually I’m starting to get disappointed about my choice.

That is the same feeling I get.

As of 5 hours ago, I have already moved onto find another solution.

It sucks to say goodbye to $200, but I have experience similar lack of support from other companies before. It never improves.

I will have my marketing department put out a blog post, review, and feedback for this plugin.

I am not trying to be malicious with the intent, I am simply going to share my experience and encourage other customers to do the same in the comments section.

I can not afford to lose $200, and it’s a big deal. But other people should know, that once their money is gone, the help that they will receive is sub-par with these guys compared to quality vendors in this industry.

All the best to you all.

Regards,

Gerald

I believe that the next few months will be critical for this plugin.
Dokan team should get more support guys and the forum questions should be answered as soon as possible.
I agree that Dokan is a new marketplace and it will get improved over time, but I’m really frustrated and worried because more and more people here write that they needed to hire developers in order to make things work.
Guys, happy customers are 99% part of your success. We need an out of the box solution and not to waste many hours a day in the forum for solutions.
Please try to be more supportive and make your plugin bug free. You need a stable version in order to have successful case stories. I’m looking forward to fix all bugs as soon as possible in order to use the plugin effectively. Dokan is a very powerful tool but an out of the box solution (bug free) with good documentation a fast support is a must.

Hello Gerald & Theodoros
Extremely sorry for slow support. We were in vacation (9 days). There was two big occasion at a time this year. Two more support ninja is joining next month. Hope our support will be super first from next month. We will fix any type of bug in our product as soon as possible but for customisation you must need to hire a developer. Thanks for understanding..

Hello Gerald,

No customization need. Just a bug free out of the box solution.
That’s all we need.
