How can I make users pay for only one of the many forms

MDelcour	I want the user to pay for posting posts with a certain form. But it is currently only possible to let the user pay for all forms. I have a form for users to be able to post blogs and they dont have to pay for this. But we also made a form with which the user can submit discounts for their company and for this we want to charge them. How can we do this?
