File uploads error

Tareq Hasan	I see the uploader loading bar increase to full as if it uploaded a file completely, but then just shows the word "error" with nothing more. I can upload images and documents fine, but I can't upload a video without getting "error". The video sizes should be small enough. Could it be anything else besides my upload limit?

Mahi	from form field have you checked allowed files “Videos (avi, divx, flv, mov, ogv, mkv, mp4, m4v, divx, mpg, mpeg, mpe) ” ? Also, make sure your host provider allow you to upload this mime type of files.

Jacob311	Every file type is checked and we have a dedicated server so I can manipulate any settings necessary.
