File changes and updates

Nayem	Is there some place we can get an entire list of what has changed in updates? Something that lists the specified change, fix or update and the plugin files affected? Some of us on here have made significant changes to the plugin core code and I think it would be beneficial to be able to have a documented version history to keep track of these changes. c.
