Error activating Dokan plugin

Nayem	Hi Guys, I have installed “Dokan Plugin” and “Dokan Theme” but i had to re-install wordpress and a new theme to get my desired website. But when I am going to activate it with the provided email and activation key, it shows below error message. “Dokan Error: Pleae activate your copy” I also purchased the subscription plugin but its not showing up in my dokan setting. Can you please help me out to fix this issues and activate my Dokan Plun-in? Awaiting for your feedback. Thanks
