Duplicate Form not working

John	Hi, WPUF 2.2.1 When I duplicate a form, only the name of the form is being duplicated. None of the fields are being duplicated in the new form. Any ideas? Thanks

John	This is marked as Resolved but I encounter the same issue with latest version 2.2.2. Is there a fix?
