Double Password Fields

Tareq Hasan	I have created a registration form that is working great. The only issue is that when I add the password fields from the options on the right and update the form it then shows those as well as what seems to be the default wordpress password fields. The ones I add via the plugin are styled like the rest and also has the password strength meter but the others that just appear are not styled and seem disjointed from the other fields.

Tareq Hasan	Can you share a screenshot? Also, are you using any other plugin that is generating any other password fields?
