Dokan Totals and Orders Quantity

| Simon | My numbers are way off on your plugin, it is giving credit to orders twice, counting multiple orders from different vendors twice. This is unacceptable! I paid for this, am using it for my business, and am getting requests for payments that don't exist. I need a fix and explanation ASAP. |

| Your sub orders are also counting as orders. This throws off all quantities and income. How can this be? |

| One main issue that I am running into is that orders are being calculated like this: One order from two vendors totals $50.30 Vendor 1 item is: $35.00 Dokan is calculating this as 3 separate orders which messes up group deals for purchases. Also, in the money totals, it is calculating it as: $50.30 + $35.00 + $15.00 = $100.30 This has to be fixed ASAP as many businesses who are using your plugin are losing money. It is not 3 items sold, and it is not a $100.30 order. |

| Hello Craig, Is this happening for any particular seller or for every seller? Right now, You can just sync all the order for rebuild. To sync order table please navigate to Dokan->Tools->Re-build. Please check this screenshot and let me know the result.

| I did the rebuild and the issue is still not fixed. It appears the math is better for payouts, but both vendors have the same number of orders. Both are showing 46 which is our total for all orders, shouldn’t this be split in to their number of orders? Thanks for your help. |
