Robert | Hi there, I think there is a problem with the Dokan Shipping Tax calculation: Initial Situation: - The customer has two products (A and B) in his cart, which are from 2 different sellers from 2 different countries. - Product A has a tax class (TC1) assigned, which assigns 10% tax for the country of this customers - Product B has a tax class (TC2) assigned, which assigns 0% tax for the country of this customers Problem: - The Shipping Tax in the customers cart is calculated with 0% tax for both products (A and B), which is incorrect. BUT: If the customer just has the Product A in his cart (and not Product B, too), then the shipping tax is calculated correctly with 10% for this product A. WOOCommerce Settings: - Prices entered inclusive of tax - Dokan Shipping is enabled and the tax status is taxable - No other shipping methods are enabled than Dokan shipping Any ideas about that? Thx, Robert |

Robert | Hi Towhid, What you should do in your test environment in my opinion is to set up two products (in fact from two different sellers) and each of these products need to have a different tax classes with a different tax for Bangladesh (f.e. 10% and 0%). Then you will see the bug. Please discuss this bug, not sure if it is just a dokan bug, or, which would be the worst case, that Woocommerce is not ready yet to be a basis for a multi vendor market place… Please let me know as soon as possible. |
