DM Good morning everyone, Our sellers are not able to upload images of their products. We are using the latest and greatest version of dokan and we also have the eshopper theme enabled. Please help!

Yes,

It is currencydigital.com Also, it says on my woocomerce system status “dokan-eshopper/woocommerce/single-product/product-thumbnails.php version 2.0.3 is out of date. The core version is 2.3.0, ”

I changed the theme from eshoper to latest dokan default theme. Its not the the theme. Everything in my back end is updated. I still get the “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later.”

I re installed dokan and tried uploading again. But its not working. I am not sure how to check sever permission. Please help me as soon as possible!

Hello DM,

Please contact with your hosting provider about this. Your server file permission should be as – 644. Please also make sure that you are using the latest version of PHP in your server.
