Date and time format on orders

towhid	hello, on the orders page, when I pass the mouse close to the date of the order appears this thing (see screen). How can I fix? For the other pages, the time and date appear correctly. The only problem is when I pass the mouse close to the order in the "DATE" Also, can I change the date format as follows: D / M / Y (28/05/2015)?
