Commission exporting for admin

Tareq Hasan	Hi, Can you please add in the ability for the admin to export all commissions into a CSV so we can then add it into our accounting systems and pay the vendors? This would also be super for PayPal Mass Payments too. I see this on similar vendor plugins and would be super awesome - "Product Vendor" by mgates.me has this. thanks!

Simon	Hi, Ok yes I see the PayPal version. But can we also have CSV for excel or plain old CSV in that list? thanks! Simon
