Nayem If I check guest posting as active, then I wish, that there is a captcha for guests and that the posts have another status as posts from registered users. Is it possible or do I need two forms for that? Thank you

Hello Wolfgang,

Yes it is possible. You have to make a new form for this guest post. The form name should be the different from the regular post form. In that form you have to enable guest post and you can use captcha code for guest. Also you can set the post status for that form from the post setting option. Please check and let me know.

Thank you 🙂

Thank you for that hint, but I did already know. I did hope, that I can set, that with one form automaticly set posts from registered users are direct published and from guests to pending review, because for the users it is a little bit complicated to decide between 2 forms. And the form should decide automaticly to view captcha or not. Other plugins have this feature.
And one Thing would be nice too: If an admin is logged in, the edit links should function like without WP User Frontend Pro and if for example an author is logged in, the edit links should use the forms from WP User Frontend Pro and the edit links should only viewed on posts, written by the logged in user.

Regards Wolfgang

One more Idea: If I build 2 forms, is it possible, that different forms are displayed, depending on witch user (usergroup) is logged in or if a guest is writing?

Hello Wolfgang,`

I am really sorry to say we do not have this kind of feature right now. You may need some customization to make this feature. This customization will need many more code. Hope you will understand me.

Thank you 🙂
