| Nayem | Firstly,after I regisitered your site turned white and came up with some error,so there is a frontend issue but there registration went through to my email address. Secondly, When I try to install the file it says: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature I checked the file , its like 33kb, there are no files in the zip. What is going on? I love the idea of your plugin, but already there have been 2 errors in product and I haven't even started. Please rectify the situation. Thanks. |

| Hey Daniel, I’ve been working with this plugin and it’s add-ons for over a year now. I have needed support here and there over that time, but WeDevs has always been very helpful in resolving my issues. Also, I’m experiencing the same issue as you right now, and it appears that many people have been experiencing the same. If it helps, a widespread issue like this hasn’t happened in my experience, till now, but it is totally worth the wait. I’m sure you’ll love the power of this plugin once the issue is resolved. ~ Just a fellow customer… |
