Cannot Modify header Warning

Tareq Hasan	Hi Tareq. I am also facing an error after putting the code in functions.php The error is Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/tenocation/wp-content/themes/tribune/functions.php:1) in /home/tenocation/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 896 I also removed the code but still error exist. I can’t even have excess to the admin panel now. Please tell me what to do.

Tareq Hasan	Login via FTP and replace your functions.php, don’t know whats going on with your functions.
