Francisco Everything works just fine in the backend, however im having some issues on the frontend. When I try to check off an item from the to do list nothing happens. It should remove the item from the list as it does on the backend but for some reason nothing happens. Please help.

Is there any way I can send you a private msg with my site’s url including admin credentials so you can verify?

It’s not also happening for me in my local machine, although it’s throwing a JS error in your site. Not sure how I can reproduce the bug!

Initially I thought this was a plugin conflict, so I disabled all other plugins, leaving activated only WP Project Manager Pro and WP Project Manager – Front End.

But still the issue remained. Cannot check off items of to do list.
What would the solution be?

Would it be possible to give FTP access?

Why would you need to have ftp access?
This site is new, all other plugins have been deactivated,
Isn’t this plugin supposed to work out of the box?

I have not installed any javascript, so it should not be a js error…

@Francisco

hope you are not a nobo in web industry. There are many others possibility to occur this issue. Thats why as developer we have to know your php config and others server info.
This plugin working out of box to others.

So, to let us help you to fix this issue we need to access your ftp. When you reply with that information mark it as private reply.

I see you are using WordPress 3.5 and that might be the problem. Will it be possible to update your WordPress?

Yes. I just ran the backup wizard, I’ll wait until it finishes to update.

I just upgraded to the latest wordpress. Issue remains. Any idea what could it be?

Seems like a theme conflict. Your current theme bundled a jQuery UI that it shouldn’t have, cause WordPress already has this. And that creates the conflict. Tried using the default theme and no JS error.

Perfect. Thanks a lot. I just switch theme and it worked…. So that is it. Again thanks!
