roderswiss Hi, I have tested a lot all kinds of transactions on my sandbox account. Everything was working just fine until I went live. I'm using paypal parallel payment method. I created a preprod environment before going 100% live and tested real transactions. The problem is this: - I add a product in my cart (works fine) - I go to checkout and click "Pay" (works fine) - The Paypal checkout page is loaded with the correct split between me and the vendor - I log-in with a paypal account to complete the purchase (works fine) - I click in Pay and then a page with an error is loaded. The page says: "We can't process this payment at this time. Try to link your bank account to your paypal account and try again" Furthermore the problem is that after that, I realised the vendor is getting the payment but I am not getting my commission. So the transaction is working fine for vendors but not for me. I need some help here. Tried a lot of things on my own and nothing seems to work. Looking forward to get some help.

More info:

– Buyer is a Paypal personal non-verified account
– Vendor is a Paypal Personal Verified account
– Admin (me) is a PayPal Business verified accoount

I have run tests again in sandbox mode, replicating exactly the same scenario and it works just fine…

Hi there,

any chance did you talk with paypal customer service regarding this?

Can you share your site login details for further inspection? please reply as private to keep data safe.

Thank you.

I can’t find any misconfiguration from your end. What is about your paypal application settings? On your application did you setup anything?

Hello Mahi,

My paypal account has been changed once in terms of configuration. Because I wasn’t receiving the response from paypal (in my sandbox account) to get order status from pending to processing, I tried to configure the PayPal automatic response (NIP). I inputted a url, as suggested in Woocommerce forum. It didn’t work.

Is important to say that I’ve tested everything before doing that change and it was not working anyway. So I don’t believe it has something to do with that.

It’s so weird and frustrating because after I have worked lots of hours to get everything done, when going live, the app is not working anymore and I’m not finding the answer although I’m really on it.

Based on those new info that I’m giving you, do you have any clue on what could be happening?

Hi,

I’m trying to reinstall everything and customizing it on the live version. Not a good practice but it might be the best solution for now.

Having a hard time setting everything up. Reinstalling everything from scratch…

Reinstalled everything (WP included) and problem persists… This was a problem I had locally, in my first attempt to go live I had that problem (reason topic was opened), then I installed everything directly on live mode and started to manually rebuild the website. Payment problem was solved at that time. Then I had problem that PayPal Adaptive Payments Add-on was not correctly working. Order status was not getting updated from pending to processing. Trying to solve that problem I configured my PayPal account as suggested both from you guys and woocommerce: Added a URL response from PayPal, activated the notification by the token and testes everything up. Normal Paypal gateway was working fine and order status got corrected, but when I tried the Dokan PayPal Adaptive Add-on as payment method got the first error: PayPal failed to process payment.
I NEED HELP HERE GUYS.
It’s been a hard time for me, the theme and add-on was suppose to work out of box. I understand some minor problems can occur but I have passed that stage a long time ago, it’s been more than 8 days since I’m trying to fix this…
