| Nayem | Hi there I bought the auction plugin and follow the documentations. But it does not show any options for auctions. Not even in the woocommerce settings. Any idea what is wrong? I use dokan + dokan theme. |

| Hello Johnny, Did you install WooCommerce Simple auction plugin?. After installing simple auction plugin the install our Dokan auction add-on. After installing both of this plugin you will get a menu in the WooCommerce settings page and also in the seller dashboard. Thank you 🙂 |

| When SImple Auctions is acivated, it created a problem in the “products” page in the seller dashboard…. it displays the product hundreds of times. I have provided my admin details a week ago and still have not heard back or had the issue looked at. |
