All Logs pages not working

Nayem When I click on "All Logs" in Dokan's Earning Reports, it will not show me anything past the first page. If I click on any link on the pagination, it still shows the first page. 1. Can this be fixed? 2. Is there a way to export the logs?

Hello,

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of Dokan plugin(v2.2.2). We did not get any kind of issue like this from our client who are using the latest version.

Usually I receive a message that an update is available in my plugins. How do I download the latest version and install it manually?

To manually install you have to download the plugin file from your account. After downloading the file install it in your site please remember delete the previous one then install the latest one.

Just upgraded and still have the same problem. Pagination not working. It happens when I click on a particular user and see a list of her sales. When I click on any page, it still shows the first page.

My site is on a secure server so perhaps this is why you could not access? I have sent the log in details again in case you used older ones.

Now I cannot access anything in the backend as the error Dokan Activation Error: SSL: certificate subject name ‘*.mycloudproxy.com’ does not match target host name ‘wedevs.com’ is coming up. I have contacted my hosting company and everything is fine on their side. I do not want to disable the Dokan plugin (although this stops the error) because I need it for all sales.

Hello Simon,

I am getting this error again-

This issue is occurring for the SSl and curl problem. In our next update, we will change the system to update. Please keep patience. So when an update will release then you will not face this problem.

But right now if you want to activate your license then you have to Update your server SSL and CURL version.
