activation error

Nayem Hi there, I am getting the activation error after moving site from local host. Also, there are javascript issues at the checkout - Stripe payment not working, as well as calculate shipping not working: Please make sure your card details have been entered correctly and that your browser supports JavaScript. Is this because of the activation issue? Thanks :)

We do not have stripe payment gateway in Dokan right now. But we are working on it.

Hello Membie,

I am not able to access your link because there is a coming soon page. I have tested in my side but everything is working fine. Are you using Dokan theme?. Please check with a default theme and if the problem remains then please let me know.

Hi Nayem,

I sent you the access details via the contact form about the activation error. Did you want me to send it again?

I activated the Dokan theme to test the shipping function and the credit card function, and they both still don’t work with the Dokan theme.

Hello Membie,

Your activation problem will be solved. Please keep patience.

Your second issue- Please deactivate your all of plugin except WooCommerce and Dokan. Then check again if the problem remains then please let me know.

Hi Nayem,

I have narrowed it down to the Seller Product Vacation – Dokan plugin. When I turn this off, the checkout and shipping work properly.
