Recognizing the vital role family plays in our individual and collective well-being, we proudly launched “weFamily Day” in 2017. This annual event allows us to celebrate our collective achievements not only with our team members but also with their families.

It has become one of the most anticipated festivals for weDevs. It gives us the courage to move forward and break all the barriers to gain something BIG!

Later on, we went to Saint Martin in October for our 2023 annual tour.

WP User Frontend Pro is the first product from weDevs. We released this powerful WordPress tool as a guest posting plugin in 2011.

Also, we're planning to offer a weMail-powered gateway, so users can sign up at weMail and start sending right away. Other than that, we have plans to integrate with other popular platforms such as popups, CRMs, chat apps, and more.

HappyMedia is a brand-new plugin designed to overcome the limitations of the default WordPress media library. HappyMedia allows you to manage all types of media files in an organized way, which isn’t possible with the default media library.

In November 2023, we released the plugin. The plugin allows you to create unlimited folders and categories, including subfolders and subcategories. Its drag-and-drop functionality lets you reorder them or move a folder into another folder like a snap.

Community Contribution, WordCamps, & Others

A team from weDevs has joined WordCamp Asia 2023. Our two weDevians participated there as keynote speakers, which was a proud moment for us.

Later in the year, I and Tareq attended WordCamp US. There, we met other industry leaders and exchanged thoughts about contributing to the growth and improvement of WordPress.

weDevs was a platinum sponsor of WordCamp Sylhet 2023 which took place on May 19–20, 2023! The entire weDevs team joined there to celebrate the togetherness of the Bangladeshi WordPress community and enthusiasts. In this grand event, we had 3 weDevians as speakers.

As a WordPress plugin development organization, we always love to contribute to the community. Last year, 3 of our team members contributed to WordPress core development. Our heartiest congratulations to Sapayth Hossain, Al-Amin Firdows, and Asad Polash.

In 2023, we've also organized a series of community meetups on weDevs. These events bring industry leaders, developers, entrepreneurs, and tech enthusiasts together to exchange ideas, insights, and experiences.

As we bid farewell to 2023, I can't help but feel immense pride and gratitude for what we've accomplished together at weDevs. This year wasn't just about building amazing WordPress products or empowering businesses. It was about making a real difference in the lives of others through the weDevs Foundation.

As you know, we started the “weDevs Foundation” in 2020. We aimed to support underprivileged people and help them get a better life.

Fast forward to 2023; we're still at it! We've supported 500+ families with education, healthcare, and essentials to make them more self-sufficient.

Additionally, we donated three days' worth of revenue to support earthquake victims in Turkey and Syria. This generous effort reflects our core values and the belief that businesses can make a positive impact on the global community.
